Consultation Packages
Welcome!
During our introductory call, I prioritize getting to know you as an athlete and your motivations. Once we discover your goals together, I create an individualized guide for you to use for the next month. It is comprehensive and based on your schedule, needs, and the type of athlete you are.
I hope that you can use new knowledge and strategies to become a stronger, healthier, and more independent athlete.

Training Plans
You’re at the gym… now what?
Training time shouldn’t feel like guesswork. Some athletes grind for hours without seeing progress. Others squeeze in 10–15 minutes and want to make the most of it.
Trainers can push you to train harder. I help you train smarter. As a former collegiate athlete and a current sports medicine specialist who has worked with best athletes in the world, I can offer personalized planning and compassionate coaching that actually helps you progress.
From weekly exercise prescription plans to form checks for the basics, programming is built around you—fun, effective, safe, sustainable long-term, and aligned with your specific goals.
Nutrition
Whether you're trying to build muscle, improve performance, or support a demanding training schedule, you need guidance that fits your lifestyle. You can train as hard as you want, but without the right nutrition, progress stalls fast.
As a sports medicine specialist, I help you understand what your body needs and how to fuel it in a way that’s science-based and aligned with your goals.
My performance fueling strategies emphasize keeping you energized, recovering well, and confident that any changes can be sustained long-term.
Injury Prevention Plans
Many athletes are driving their bodies with the check engine light on— poor biomechanics on the road to structural breakdown. The car might technically be street legal, but most athletes benefit from biomechanical optimization for their sport, even if injury hasn’t happened yet.
Staying injury free isn’t about luck! Taking care of injuries can start before they happen. Sometimes inadequate recovery, overscheduling in training, or inadequate pre-hab (injury prevention training) can lead to injury. I work with athletes who want to train hard and stay healthy, for life. Using evidence-based strength, mobility, and movement-quality goals, I create programs that address weak points and vulnerabilities before they become injuries.
Personalized prehab routines are meant to keep you moving efficiently, confidently, and consistently toward your goals.
